Blue Hour is a main-title design for an anthology series set in the twenty minutes between day and night. The titles were shot, not rendered — miniature city blocks lit by a sky we could dim by hand.

The city between day and dream

Each episode’s titles begin one minute later in the blue hour than the last, so the season itself gets darker as it goes. Nobody is told; everybody feels it.
